BabyCare Scanning does not collect or share any customer data for service improvement, marketing purposes with any third party. Your privacy is very important to us. Everything from your telephone number to your email address, mailing address and scan records will kept securely on file and for our own internal administrative reference only.

Your baby scans

We must store images in line with guidelines published by the Royal College of Radiologists. More information on this can be found here:

We will do so using a secure online host which complies with General Data Protection Guidelines (GDPR 2018). You have the right to request access to and request deletion of any personal data we hold on you. Any access requests should be made in writing.

Appointment scheduling

BabyCare Scanning uses third party scheduling provider Acuity Scheduling, a subsidiary of SquareSpace, for scheduling appointments. Any data you submit during the booking procedure is and encrypted and processed anonymously on Acuity Data Centre servers. All Acuity Data centres comply with HIPAA Security Rule and guidance laid out in NIST SP 800-66, PCI (SAQ C 3.1). The Acuity data centre that is certified SOC 2 Type II.
